Because of the high volume nature of our business, our vast inventory is constantly turning. New product shows up daily and occasionally we do sell out of an item. We are constantly updating our database; however, certain orders may be processed before the vintage/label can be changed or an out of stock situation can be noted. Denka Trading B.V. will not substitute a product without your permission. If specified during checkout, we will contact you if there is a vintage change. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
Orders typically ship out from our location within 3-5 business days of being placed. Depending on order volume, orders may take longer than this, though. Please call us to get the most accurate time frame for your order. After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If there is a problem with the ship to/bill to address placed on the order please make sure to contact customer service to correct this problem.
Once a label has been created for your shipment all cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee. In addition, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for address changes or cancellations of shipments already in transit.
An adult over the age of 21 will have to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. Any note requesting the box be left on the porch or in any other location will not be honored. We will not be able to to control the time of the day that the delivery will be attempted.
DHL/UPS/FedEx will attempt to deliver the package three times. If you are not present to accept the package at any of those times or the package is refused, you will be charged an additional fee for the return.
When your order is approved by our sales department, you own the goods. When we engage in the shipping process, you are asking us to engage a reliable carrier to deliver your order to you.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Attempt:
It is the Customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a second attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If, second attempts is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to winetoship.com. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.

Please keep in mind that we will do our best to help serve you better.
In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the denkatradingbv.com warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the item.s value minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
